ABOUT RENEE

 


 

     Throughout my professional life, I have focused on listening to people to better serve them.  Early in my career as a Respiratory Therapist, I worked with patients and their families, putting myself in their place, listening to their needs and concerns, in order to better serve them. 

     As my children were growing up, I was a stay-at-home mom providing for their needs while serving in their schools in many capacities.  As they moved into high school, I chose to re-enter the workforce as a Realtor on a full-time basis because it fit well with my personality and experience in guiding people through major transitions. 

     As your Realtor, my objective is to provide you with guidance through the home buying/selling experience in a way that not only meets your needs and expectations but also one that provides the results you desire.  I chose to be a Realtor because it puts me in a position to help you in a way that will affect you everyday. 

     When you are buying or selling a home, it is not only a financial transaction.  You are either leaving a place that is full of memories or looking for a home where new memories will be made.  My goal is to listen to you, to help you determine what is important, and then to guide you through the process of finding that home in a smooth, stress-free way.  My knowledge and experience in the real estate market as well as in financing, construction and more, coupled with an under-standing of your desires, will enable us to find that “right” home for you and your family.

     My responsibility is not only to help you with your next real estate transaction, but to help protect your interests as well.  I do not believe that my education ended when I received my real estate license.  Changes come quickly in this market and industry and, in order to serve you in the best way possible, I am continually in classes and seminars to keep up with market conditions, legal and regulatory changes, financing options, marketing, and many other issues that will affect you.  As a full-time real estate broker, I am committed to staying up-to-date on all areas as evidenced by the professional designations I have earned as well as those I am currently pursuing.
